Runs the nuru side and won't start until the mat's properly warm. Quite right too.
The mat is warm before you've got your shoes off. The gel sits at the temperature Noor wants or the whole session waits — I've seen her push a start back ten minutes rather than begin cold, and nobody who's been on that mat since has called her fussy. Somewhere in the first quarter hour you stop being sure where her weight ends and yours begins. That, more or less, is nuru done right.
She'll also tell you the truth before she takes a penny. Book sixty minutes for a first nuru and she may say to your face that ninety suits it better — and she's talked guests down from two hours to one as well, which earns the house nothing, so I believe every word of it. No faff, no script. She thinks rushing the mat wastes the best of it, and having watched her work, so do I.
If you'd rather stay on a normal table with oil, that's a different booking — Renée for warmth, Sofia for strength. The gel changes nothing about the rules of this house: it is massage and nothing else, and your hands stay by your sides. £300 for the hour, and that's the lot.
First place I've ever been talked into the longer booking and come out grateful. She wasn't selling, she was right.
When you can get her
- Weekdays from noon; the ten o'clock start is nearly never hers.
- The mat takes an hour to get ready, so same-day is possible but tight.
- Midweek evenings past seven go first. Weekends breathe easier.
- Ninety minutes is what she'll recommend for a first nuru, to your face.
Will tell you to your face if ninety minutes suits a first nuru better than sixty. It earns her nothing, which is why I trust it.

Her room only — the mat and the prep don't travel. On an outcall she works body to body with oil, which gets close, but the true mat session lives in her Paddington room.
